SHIBASHI TAI CHI and MINDFULNESS MEDITATION Introduction Session March 24 Sunday 12pm-1.30pm and/or 6 week course from April 1 on Mondays @ 8pm-9.15pm These sessions are very suitable for anyone who is finding it difficult to find peace and space in their lives at present maybe due to chronic pain, age or stress related .The Shibashi Tai Chi is a series of slow, deliberate and gentle movements created in ancient China as a healing exercise which can be done standing or sitting .When combined as part of learning Mindful meditative practices it helps to relieve psychological pain and stress. Facilitator Maggy Blake 087 6695477 taught this course for many years.

MUM AND BABY YOGA starting Wednesday November 7th from 11:30 to 12:30 with Karen Mac Laughlin 086 221 2474  A gentle, relaxed yoga class where you have the opportunity to meet other mothers for information sharing, support and smiles. Babies welcome until crawling at speed!

Santosha Yoga Studio in 23 Castle St. (main street) Dalkey, Co.Dublin  is an intimate purpose built space for Yoga and creative healing where you can receive individual attention in a small group (maximum  8). Time of Returning to yoga and meditation classes!  Santosha teachers are there to support your beginners steps or your loved and established practice of yoga and meditation. Most of the classes are starting in the first weeks of September.
