- TreatmentsShiatsu is a traditional form of massage therapy from Japan. It combines comfortable pressure applied with thumbs and palms along energy channels and points with gentle stretches and rotations of limbs and joints. Given through loose, comfortable clothing it is a safe and highly effective treatment for a wide range of problems, including headaches, back pain, insomnia, low energy, muscular tension and many more… Shiatsu works very well for all stress related problems and is an effective non invasive treatment, on its own or in conjunction with conventional medicine. Shiatsu is highly supportive for pregnant women, relieving sickness and pain, and very helpful for birth preparation.
